2011 Registration Information

When: NOW!
(Registration will continue every Saturday through August 5th or until we are full)

Time: 11:00am – 3:00pm

Where: Paramount Park – In front of the community center

Documents required for registration:

1. Certified copy of birth certificate bearing the seal
2. Utility Bill (No phone or cable bill)
3. Report Card (2010-2011 school year – Due in June)
